ENG. Leah Hanin

Graduate of the Moscow Construction Engineering Institute in Kuibyshev since 1986. Holds an M.Sc. in civil engineering, specializes in heating, ventilation and gas supply. Has approximately 15 years of experience in geometric planning of toads and interchanges in urban and interurban projects. Practiced early and particularized planning, traffic and signposting. Joined Pakatz engineering in 2009.
