Eng. David Katz

Chief of design team in the company, graduate of the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), holds a M.S in civil engineering, in the field of construction. Licensed engineer and member of the Israeli union of engineers and architects. Researched the subject of “Seismic Isolation of Concrete Bridges”.
Since 1996 served in the IDF in commanding positions in fighting units, was discharged as Captain. In parallel to his professional work in the office he served in the military reserve forces as company commander ranked major.
Has over a decade of professional experience in the areas of the industry. Before his entrance to the field of design he worked in the execution of significant projects in the field.
Since his entrance to the field of design, practices all levels and aspects of planning and maintenance: original conceptual planning, analysis, design, schedule editing, bills of quantities editing, conspectus, structure upgrade, managing design team, system coordination, coordination of devisors from other disciplines, planning control, running the budget of projects responsibly.
Specializes in special projects, bridges and underground structures.
Amongst projects he was significantly involved in: bridges, walls and culverts on road 431, train railway Natbag-Modiin – railroad bridges and agricultural overpasses, Ad Halom interchange, reviews, maintenance, etc…
